Wimbledon secured a place in the play-offs after last week’s 0-0 draw at Stevenage thanks to a late Plymouth Argyle leveller at Cambridge United meant they could not be caught.

But the Dons are still expecting a large turnout for the game with home tickets selling fast.

They will find out this weekend whether they will be facing Accrington Stanley, Oxford United or Bristol Rovers in the semis, but striker Adebayo Akinfenwa insists they don't fear anyone.

Akinfenwa told GetWestLondon.co.uk: “Now we can relax a little bit, take on Newport, and then take on whoever we get in the play-offs.

“I'm not trying to be arrogant or brag, but not many teams will want to play us, especially the team that falls into fourth on the last day of the season.

“They're going to be disappointed. While we're happy and have two weeks knowing we're going to be in the play-offs, the team who finishes fourth has only got a week.

“But it's about us, we fear nobody, and if we play the way we know we're capable of, we can cause anyone problems.”
